Info-Controller Oy was founded in 2006. From humble beginnings as a small family business, our company has grown and now employs 60 people. In 2010 our brand became IC Siivous, as we decided to focus on top-of-the-range cleaning services.
IC Siivvous offers many cleaning services ranging from office and businesses to industrial spaces. We take care of deep cleaning as well as waxing and window cleaning. We also provide businesses and housing associations with expert cleaning services, such as planning, developing, and updating cleaning plans.
We do what we promise, always top-quality and always on schedule. Should you find flaws, we will strive to fix them either on the same day or within 24 hours.
Our office is located in Haaga, Helsinki. Our professionals work in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, and elsewhere in the capital region, as well as in Tampere.
Espoon Asunnot Oy has been our client since 2011. We have come first place in the Vuoden Siivouspalveluliike competition (Cleaning Company of the Year) in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019.
Our maintenance cleaning involves roughly 1000 staircases, 450 saunas, and 200 washrooms a week. We also carry out thorough cleanings of the same numbers twice yearly. Altogether, we clean 135 000 m².
Since the beginning of the year 2020, our company has been able to clean 15 000 m²'s worth of office and industrial spaces, thanks to our competition wins.
